Cancellation & Refund Policy – Helpezy.com a brand of Fixzon Services Pvt. Ltd.
At Helpezy.com, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and hassle-free home cleaning experience. We understand that schedules may change, and we aim to accommodate such changes as fairly as possible.
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Free cancellation: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, or if the appointment was scheduled within 24 hours and you're canceling within 10 minutes of booking (the "Grace Period"), there is no charge.
- Late cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, Helpezy.com may retain 30% of the service fee.
- Very late cancellation: If the cancellation happens within 2 hours of the appointment (or after the Grace Period has ended), you may be charged 100% of the service fee
Additional conditions that may result in full charges include:
- Cancelling at or after the appointment time
- Not showing up
- Providing inaccurate contact or location details
- In some cases, cancellation fees may be waived—but only at the company's absolute discretion and typically when the reason is genuinely out of your control.

2. Rescheduling of Services
- Rescheduling is allowed once per booking free of cost if done at least 24 hours before the service time.
- For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the service, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the service amount will apply.
3. Cancellation by Helpezy.com
- In rare cases where Helpezy.com has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff unavailability, emergencies, or safety concerns), customers will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Exceptions
- Promotional/discounted bookings may have separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Helpezy.com reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
